Streetlights
Kipling Oaks Homeowners Association
Streetlights throughout Kipling Oaks are maintained by CenterPoint Energy, and the monthly electric service for these lights is paid for by the Kipling Oaks Homeowners Association. Keeping our streets well‑lit is an important part of neighborhood safety, and your HOA assessments help ensure these lights stay on year‑round.
