Planning new home construction?

An ACC Request is made by a homeowner to construct a new home or to make changes to the exterior of their home or yard. The committee that oversees the approval of these requests is called the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). To make a request and submit it for approval please fill out this form and upload the required documents. Approval may take up to 30 days.

Note: Please complete all construction within 6 months. Don’t forget to get any county permits that may be required. If you are in the floodplain they require permits for just about everything.

Documentation that may be required for approval of construction:

  1. Detailed Building Plans (height, length and width of proposed improvement, may be hand drawn)
  2. A “PLAT” Survey (showing building set back lines and easements)
  3. Pictures or Drawings (showing proposed improvement)
  4. Materials Used (in construction)
  5. Samples and/or Colors Planned

For Pools:

  1. Show location of pool equipment
  2. Show where backflow will drain, not to affect neighboring properties
  3. Show location of ingress/egress
