Invoices for Maintenance Fees are sent to homeowners
every year in March.
A late fee of $25 is charged if fees are not paid by April 30.

Maintenance fees are collected from homeowners to promote property values and the health, safety and welfare of property and owners.
Specifically, this may include:
- costs of enforcement of the covenants, conditions and restrictions
- business costs
- maintenance of common areas such as the lake and park
- security service
- street lighting and repair
- legal expenses
- insurance
- other purposes that the HOA may deem in the best interests of Kipling Oaks
Bylaws Article IV: Board of Directors Section
Section 4. Compensation — No Director shall receive compensation for any service rendered to the Association. However, any Director may be reimbursed for his actual expense incurred in the performance of his duties.
